We offer several programs to help low-income families find quality, affordable housing.

Public Housing

The Public Housing program provides decent, safe, and affordable rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted monthly income.

Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers

The Housing Choice Voucher program helps families afford decent housing in the private rental market. Families pay about 30% of their income toward rent while the voucher covers the rest.
